BridgeantAI
AI data cleaning, inside Operelio

The AI that cleans your spreadsheet and preps it for your CRM.

Upload a messy file and Bridgeant tells you what's wrong, then gets it CRM-ready after you approve the plan. It reads a summary of your file, never the actual data.

Advice is free on every plan. Running the fixes comes with Pro.

contacts_700_with_dups.csv is in. It has 700 rows and 7 columns, and a few things stand out: 100 duplicate rows and 47 cells with inconsistent formatting. Tell me what you need, or I can plan a cleanup.
Clean this list and get it ready for HubSpot
Let me check contacts_700_with_dups.csv first. This takes a few seconds.
I'll clean the safe stuff either way, like spacing and capitalization. Do you want me to also remove the 100 duplicate rows and standardize the phone numbers, or just do the safe fixes?
Yes, clean it all upJust the safe fixes
Yes, go ahead with all of it
The plan is up in the panel on the right, and the confirm button is below in this chat. It will run the cleanup first, then format the file for HubSpot. This keeps 100 duplicate rows; a CRM format does not remove them, so say the word and I'll dedupe first. 292 contacts are on your Do Not Contact list; the formatted file keeps them, so say the word and I'll remove them first.

Plan

contacts_700_with_dups.csv2 steps, in a single run
  1. 1

Clean up 6 things: trim stray spaces (100 cells); standardize capitalization (100 cells); merge company name variants (94 cells); match email domains to the majority (12 companies); standardize phone number formats (700 cells); remove duplicate rows (100 rows). Runs a Health Check and applies these as one job.

    Health Check

  2. 2

Format for HubSpot: 7 of 18 HubSpot fields filled from your columns (first occurrence kept).

Cleanup: Standardise casing, Standardise emails, Standardise phone formats, Trim spaces, Remove blank rows

Keeps 100 duplicate rows (a CRM format won't remove them).

292 contacts here are on your Do Not Contact list. The format keeps them; ask me to remove first.

When you're happy with the file, push it to HubSpot from the results, where you can also create a list from the push or assign an owner. Pushing is always your call.

The plan is ready. It needs your go-ahead to run.

Done. contacts_700_with_dups_fixed_crm.csv has 600 rows, quality score 90. Still worth a look: 4 rows that look similar (kept for your review), 7 inconsistent values (things like email domains, country names, or company spellings). Want me to plan those fixes, or is there something else you'd like to do with this file? None of these are in HubSpot yet, so pushing will add 600 new contacts.

What Bridgeant AI can do

Ask for the outcome. It works out the how.

Bridgeant uses Operelio's built-in tools and chains them intelligently to reach the outcome you describe. You approve every run, and it never reads your data.

Remove junior sales & marketing
Add a Segment column
Keep only decision-makers
Run my saved workflow
Pull in company size

Point Bridgeant at any of these and it works out the steps for you.
Remove junior sales & marketing“Remove every sales and marketing contact at a junior level”It does

Bridgeant reads the job titles, works out who sits in sales or marketing and who is junior, and removes only those rows. It understands seniority, so a Chief Revenue Officer is never mistaken for a junior.

Add a Segment column“Add a Segment column: Enterprise over 1,000 staff, otherwise SMB”It does

Bridgeant creates a new Segment column and fills every row from your rule: Enterprise where the employee count is over 1,000, SMB everywhere else. No formulas to write.

Keep only decision-makers“Keep only the decision-makers”It does

Bridgeant removes everyone below director level and keeps the rest, then tells you exactly who it counted as a decision-maker so you can adjust before anything runs.

Run my saved workflow“Run my Monthly Cleanup workflow”It does

Bridgeant loads the workflow you built, checks each step against this file, remaps or skips any columns that don’t line up, and runs the whole thing once you approve.

Pull in company size“Pull in company size from my accounts file”It does

Bridgeant lines your list up against your accounts file on a column they share, then pulls the company-size value across into each matching row. It is a VLOOKUP across whole files, with no formulas.

Collapse duplicate companies“Collapse the same company written five different ways”It does

Bridgeant catches the near-duplicates an exact match misses, like ‘Westmarch’, ‘Westmarch Trading’ and ‘WESTMARCH TRADING LTD’, groups them at the similarity you set, and shows the count before it merges anything.

Get it CRM-ready“Get it ready for HubSpot and tell me what the push will do”It does

Bridgeant maps your columns to HubSpot’s fields, whether that is a built-in template, one of your saved templates, or your connected CRM, then previews how many records the push will add versus update. You do the actual push.

Show what changed“Show me what changed since last month’s list”It does

Bridgeant compares this month’s file against last month’s and shows the rows that were added, removed, or changed, down to the exact fields that differ on each one.

How it works

It diagnoses, plans, executes, and hands it back.

Give Bridgeant a file, or several. It works out what's wrong, lays out a plan you can change, runs the real tools once you approve, and hands the file back with a full record of everything it did.

Your data stays yours

It fixes your file without reading it.

Most AI reads every name, email, and number in your file. Bridgeant reads the structure, the headers, column types, and row counts, and cleans it with real tools. Your values stay hidden.

How it stacks up

The same cleanup, three ways.

The same job in each case: split full names, remove duplicates, standardize the values, pull in missing fields, and format a contact list for your CRM. By hand it's an afternoon of formulas and copy-paste, with human error creeping in. A general AI chatbot is faster than that, but it misreads columns and misses duplicate rows, so you wait for it, then check every row. Bridgeant is faster still, because it runs the same tools you'd use by hand, but with real intelligence. It works out the right order to run them in, and spots the problems in your file before you'd notice them, so it comes out right the first time.

Questions

The things people ask first.

What is Bridgeant?+

Bridgeant is an assistant built into Operelio. It looks at a summary of your spreadsheet, tells you what needs fixing, and, on Pro, runs the fix for you after you approve the plan. It works on the same tools you'd use by hand.

Does Bridgeant read or train on my data?+

It reads a summary of your file, the column names and quality signals, never the cell values or full rows. Your file isn't used to train anything. See the security and privacy pages for the detail.

Is my original file changed?+

Never. Your original stays exactly as it is, and every result saves as a new file you can preview, download, or send to Files. Files are kept for the length of your plan's retention.

What is the difference between Advisor and Operator?+

Advisor is free on every plan: it diagnoses files and points you to the right tool, but never runs a job. Operator comes with Pro and up: it proposes a plan with exact counts and the jobs it'll use, then runs it after you approve.

What can I ask Bridgeant to do?+

Tell it the outcome and it works out the steps. Ask it to remove duplicate companies, split full names into first and last, pull a missing column from another of your files, remove junior contacts, or format the list for HubSpot. It picks the right tools and chains them, and on Pro it runs them once you approve the plan.

Can Bridgeant enrich my data from outside sources?+

No. Bridgeant works only with the files you give it. It can match and pull columns across your own files, but it won't append contacts or fields from an outside data provider.

Does Bridgeant push to my CRM?+

No. It prepares the CRM-ready file and hands it back. Sending it to HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive is always your own click. This is built in, not just a setting.

Can I turn Bridgeant off?+

Yes. Each person can set Bridgeant to Off, Advisor, or Operator in settings. Off means it does nothing until you switch it back on, so nothing touches your files unless you choose it.

Can an admin limit Bridgeant for a workspace?+

Yes. On team plans an admin can cap the mode for the whole workspace, and each person chooses their own mode up to that cap.

How many Bridgeant messages do I get?+

A message is one send in the chat that the AI reads, in Advisor and Operator mode alike, and one message usually completes a step of work. Sends answered by Operelio's built-in knowledge are free, and so are the automatic file check on upload and clicking Run on a plan. Pro includes 150 messages each billing cycle, Team includes 250 per seat from a shared pool of 400, and Agency includes 600 per seat from a shared pool of 1,000 that covers client workspaces. Messages reset each cycle and don't roll over. Running a job you approved costs a job, not a message, and you can buy message packs or a monthly add-on from billing if you need more.
