Import your Eventbrite attendees into Salesforce as leads. Maps name, email, company, title, both phone columns, and the event name (stored in Lead Source so reps can filter by which event each lead came from).
Field-by-field mapping
This is the complete column mapping from Eventbrite to Salesforce Leads. The left column is the header in your CSV export. The right column is the Salesforce Leads field it should map to.
Before you start
This template's destination has a required field that needs attention before upload. You can still use this template. The steps below tell you what to add and where.
- Company
Salesforce requires Company on every lead. Eventbrite attendee exports don't include a Company column.
What to do. Add a Company column to your CSV before uploading (a placeholder like 'Unknown' lets the import through), or set a default Company in Salesforce after import using a bulk-edit on the new leads.

Columns we don't use
Your Eventbrite export includes 3 columns this template doesn't map. Each one below explains why, plus the workaround if you want the data in Salesforce Leads.
- Order Date
Salesforce Leads don't have a built-in event-order date field, and CreatedDate is set by Salesforce on import.
If you need it. Create a custom date field in Salesforce called Event Order Date if you want to preserve the original order timestamp.
- Ticket Type
Salesforce Leads don't have a built-in ticket-tier field. Ticket Type values like 'VIP' or 'Standard' don't have a native home.
If you need it. Create a custom picklist field in Salesforce called Ticket Type, then re-run this template to map it.
- Total Paid
Salesforce Leads don't have a default field for event revenue per attendee.
If you need it. Create a custom currency field in Salesforce called Ticket Spend if you want this in your CRM.
Formatting and cleanup
Eventbrite exports rarely match the format Salesforce Leads expects. Fix these before you import.

Eventbrite to Salesforce Leads FAQ
How do I export Eventbrite attendees?
In your event dashboard, go to Manage Attendees, select the attendees you want, and click 'Export to CSV'.
Why does Event Name go into Lead Source?
Salesforce Leads don't have a default event name field. The template stores Event Name in Lead Source so reps can filter and report on which event each lead came from.
What happens to Cell Phone numbers?
Home Phone maps to Salesforce's Phone field and Cell Phone maps to MobilePhone. Both numbers are preserved. MobilePhone is a standard Salesforce field that may be hidden in your default Lead layout; add it in Salesforce setup if you don't see it.
What if Company is blank for some attendees?
Salesforce requires a Company for every lead. Some Eventbrite attendees won't have a company. Add a placeholder like 'Event Attendee' before importing.
Can I import attendees from multiple events?
Yes. Export each event separately and upload them one at a time. Lead Source records which event each lead came from, so you can filter reports by event afterwards.
