Results page layout
After a job finishes, you land on the results page. From top to bottom, you will see: a summary sentence, stat cards, settings pills, a preview table, and action buttons (download, re-run, delete). If the tool produced extra output files, those appear as additional download buttons.
Summary sentence
The first thing you see is a plain-language sentence describing what happened. Examples: "Removed 142 duplicate rows from 3,500 total", "Replaced 87 cells across 4 columns", "Quality score: 72 / 100 with 18 issues found". This sentence is different for every tool.
Stat cards
Below the summary, four cards show the key numbers for the job. The exact stats vary by tool:
| Tool | Stats shown |
|---|---|
| Excel to CSV | Rows, columns, sheet used, sheets available. |
| CSV to Excel | Rows, columns. |
| Clean Headers | Headers changed, total columns. |
| Deduplicate | Input rows, unique rows kept, duplicates removed. |
| Find & Replace | Cells changed, rows affected, rules applied. |
| Filter & Extract | Rows matched, rows not matched, rules applied. |
| Column Manager | Original columns, output columns, columns removed, renamed, reordered, and any split / merge / duplicate operations applied. |
| Transpose / Unpivot | Output rows, output columns, original rows, original columns. Unpivot also shows the ID columns kept and value columns turned into rows. |
| Match & pull columns | File A rows, File B rows, matched, unmatched. |
| Compare Files | New rows, removed rows, changed rows, unchanged rows. |
| Merge Files | Files merged, total rows, warnings. |
| Split File | Input rows, files created. |
| Health Check | Quality score, high/medium/low issue counts. |
| Company Active Check | Active, uncertain, and inactive counts, plus the number of unique websites checked. Rows with no website are counted separately. |
| CRM Formatter | A journey timeline, then three outcomes: fixes made (Cleaned), rows held back as Do Not Contact, and rows worth a look. "What we cleaned" opens the full breakdown with a before-and-after example. |
Settings you used
Small pills below the stats show the settings you chose: which columns you selected, which matching mode, how many rules, and so on. These help you remember your exact configuration if you want to run the same job again on a different file.
Preview table
A read-only preview of your output file appears further down. The number of rows shown depends on your plan: 25 on Free, 250 on Pro, 500 on Team, all rows on Agency. Columns are scrollable if the file is wide.
The preview is for checking, not editing. To work with the data, download the file.
Extra output files
Some tools produce more than one output file. When they do, you will see additional download buttons on the results page:
| Tool | Extra file |
|---|---|
| Deduplicate (Pro) | A separate file with only the removed duplicate rows. |
| Filter & Extract | A file with the rows that did not match your filter. |
| Split File | A ZIP archive containing all the split files. |
| Compare Files | One diff file. The output mode picks what it contains: the full diff, just the new, changed, or removed rows, or a counts-only summary. |
Warning banners
A yellow banner appears if any limit was hit during processing. The most common: your file exceeded your plan's row limit, so only the first N rows were processed. The banner names your file's total row count, the row limit that was applied, and how many rows were processed, and suggests an upgrade if you need to process more.
Other warnings: you hit the 3-rule cap on Free plan Find & Replace, or duplicate keys were found in your lookup file. Warnings do not mean the job failed. The job ran, but something was capped or skipped. (A key column that does not exist fails the job outright with an error, before any rows are processed.)
Downloading your output
Click Download to save the file. Free plans get CSV only. Pro, Team, and Agency can choose CSV or Excel (.xlsx) from a dropdown next to the button.
The download link stays active until the file is deleted. Files are deleted after your plan's retention window: 24 hours on Free, 30 days on Pro, 30 days on Team, 90 days on Agency.
Finding past jobs
Every job you run is listed on the Jobs page, with the tool used, the input file name, the date, and the status. Click any job to go back to its results page. You can also delete jobs (and their files) from this page.
