Using Bridgeant (the Advisor)

Bridgeant is the helper built into Operelio. In its Advisor mode it is free on every plan, including Free. Upload a file and it looks at what you have, tells you what is wrong with it, and recommends which tool fixes each problem and in what order to run them.

The advisor is guidance only. It reads the shape of your file, points you at the right tool for each issue, and answers your questions about the product. It never runs a job, never changes your file, and never spends a credit. When you are ready to actually run something, you open the tool it recommended and run it yourself.

When you hand Bridgeant a file, it does not read your cell values. It works from a summary of the file: the column names, how full each column is (its fill rate), row and duplicate counts, and a set of problem codes for the issues it found. That summary is enough to tell you what is wrong and which tool fixes it.

Because it works from the summary and not the contents, the advisor never sees the actual data in your rows, and it does not train on your file. Your list is used to answer your question and nothing else.

One thing worth knowing about the scope: that summary covers one tab. If you hand it a workbook with several, it reads the first, names it, and says plainly that the others are not included, then offers to combine them so the check covers everything.

You get the sharpest recommendation when you name the outcome you want, rather than asking about a specific setting. Tell it what the finished file should be, or point at the problem you can see.

The advisor does more than review files. It also answers questions about Operelio itself, drawn from the product's own facts so the answer matches your plan.

It can tell you what each tool does, what counts as a job, what a credit is, your plan's row and file-size limits, the difference between the plans, current pricing, and how the whole process works from upload to a finished file. Ask about an above-plan feature and it tells you which plan includes it, without pretending you can already use it.

These answers come from the same facts the app uses everywhere else, so pricing and limits are always current rather than copied into a help page that can go stale.

Bridgeant has three modes, and you choose which one you get. You set this per person under Settings, then Bridgeant (/app/settings/operator).

The advisor is the whole free experience: it diagnoses, recommends, and answers, and you run the recommended tools yourself. The AI operator adds the ability to have Bridgeant do the running for you.
