What Bridgeant can (and can't) do
A plain-language reference for Bridgeant's limits: it chains Operelio's real tools, works only from a summary of your file, and only with the files you give it.

Bridgeant understands an outcome you describe and chains Operelio's real tools to reach it. It works from a summary of your file, not your cell values, and it only ever works with the files you give it.

What it can do
Give it an outcome and it maps it to Operelio's actual tools, in the right order. Everything below is a real tool it can plan and, in Operator mode, run for you.

You do not need to know which tool to name. Describe the mess or the finished result and Bridgeant picks the tools and the order.
What it never does
Three things Bridgeant will not do, however you ask.
It never reads your cell values. Bridgeant works from a summary of the file: the column names, how full each column is, row and duplicate counts, and problem codes for the issues it found. That is enough to plan the work accurately, and it means your actual data never reaches the assistant. It also does not train on your file.
It never pushes to your CRM. Bridgeant can format a file so it is ready to import into HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive, but sending it is always your own click from the results. It does not connect to your CRM and send data on its own.
It never runs the paid email verification. The free quick screen, which flags obviously bad addresses, costs zero credits and Bridgeant can run that. Full verification uses your verify credits and stays your own click in the Email Verifier.
The one limit
Bridgeant cannot enrich or append data from outside sources.
It has no third-party contact database, and it does not reach out to the internet to fill in missing emails, phone numbers, company sizes, or job titles. If a value is not already somewhere in the files you gave it, Bridgeant cannot invent it. What it can do is move data you already have: for example, if the missing column lives in another of your files, Match and pull columns can bring it across. But new data from an outside provider is not something Operelio does.
Why it works from a summary
Bridgeant plans from a compact summary of your file rather than the rows themselves: the column names and their roles, each column's fill rate, counts of rows and duplicates, and a set of problem codes. It never needs the contents of a cell to know that a column is half empty, that there are 300 duplicate rows, or that the phone numbers are formatted three different ways.
Working this way keeps your data private while still giving Bridgeant enough to recommend the right tool and to plan an accurate multi-step job. The counts you see on a plan are computed by the tools themselves, not guessed by the assistant.
Advisor and Operator
What Bridgeant can do splits across its two active modes. In Advisor mode, free on every plan, it does everything up to the point of running: it reviews the file, recommends the tools and the order, and answers your questions. You run the tools yourself.
In AI operator mode, a Pro feature, it also plans the steps from your goal and runs them for you after you approve the plan and its cost. The list of tools it can reach for is the same in both modes; the difference is whether it hands you the recommendation or carries it out. Does Bridgeant read my spreadsheet?
No. It works from a summary: column names, fill rates, row and duplicate counts, and problem codes. It never reads your cell values.
Does it train on my data?
No. Your file is used to answer your request and plan the work, nothing else. Bridgeant does not train on your data.
Can it find missing emails or phone numbers for me?

Can it match similar rows, not just exact duplicates?
Yes. Deduplicate offers similarity matching, which groups rows that are alike but not identical and removes the extras. You can set how strict it is. Similarity matching is a Pro feature.
Do I have to name the tool I want?
No. Describe the problem or the outcome and Bridgeant maps it to the right tool and the right order. Naming the tool is fine too, but it is not required.
