Columns we don't use

Your HubSpot export includes 9 columns this template doesn't map. Each one below explains why, plus the workaround if you want the data in Monday.com.

Job Title

Monday.com boards don't have a default job-title column.

If you need it. Add a Text column to your Monday.com board called Job Title, then re-run this template to map it.

Website URL

Monday.com boards don't have a default website column.

If you need it. Add a Link column to your Monday.com board called Website, then re-run this template to map Website URL into it.

Street Address, City, State/Region, Postal Code, Country/Region

If you need it. Add Text columns to your Monday.com board for each address piece, then re-run this template to map them.

Lifecycle Stage, Lead Status

HubSpot's funnel-tracking columns don't have a direct Monday.com equivalent. Monday.com uses Status columns with custom values per board.

If you need it. Add Status columns to your Monday.com board (e.g. Stage, Status) with values matching your HubSpot Lifecycle Stage and Lead Status, then re-run this template to map them.

Formatting and cleanup

  2. 2.Lowercases and trims email addresses
  3. 3.Standardizes phone numbers to international format (+1, +44, etc.)
  4. 4.Drops HubSpot columns that don't have a default Monday.com board column
