Typeform exports use your question text as column headers, so every form is different. This template handles the most common contact-capture pattern with Pipedrive. The two name answers combine into Pipedrive's single Name field, and the company answer matches to an organization. Most forms word their questions differently from the headers below, so you'll adjust the column mapping in Operelio after uploading.
Field-by-field mapping
This is the complete column mapping from Typeform to Pipedrive. The left column is the header in your CSV export. The right column is the Pipedrive field it should map to.

How do I export responses from Typeform?
In Typeform, open your form, click Results, then click Download All Responses to get a CSV.
Why do you combine the two name answers?
Pipedrive contacts use a single Name field. The template combines the first name and last name answers with a space so each contact record displays correctly.
My form's questions are worded differently. Will this template still work?
Yes. Typeform uses your question text as the column header, so every form's CSV is different. After uploading to Operelio, adjust the column mapping to match your specific questions.
How is the company answer handled?
Company answers match against existing Pipedrive organizations. If no match exists, the template creates a new organization and links the contact to it.
Will this create duplicate contacts in Pipedrive?
Pipedrive's import dedupes on Name plus one of email, phone, or organization. A Typeform respondent matches an existing Pipedrive contact when the name and email both align. Respondents who typed a different name variant than your existing record create a new contact even when the email matches.
