Moving from Zoho CRM to Pipedrive? The template combines First Name and Last Name into Pipedrive's single Name field, matches Company to a Pipedrive organization, and maps email, phone, and title. Pipedrive uses a leaner contact model than Zoho, so the mailing address block and Zoho-specific columns don't have a Pipedrive home. The section below explains what to do with each one if you need it.
Field-by-field mapping
This is the complete column mapping from Zoho CRM to Pipedrive. The left column is the header in your CSV export. The right column is the Pipedrive field it should map to.

Columns we don't use
Your Zoho CRM export includes 9 columns this template doesn't map. Each one below explains why, plus the workaround if you want the data in Pipedrive.
- Mobile
Pipedrive contacts have a single phone field on the standard layout. Phone maps to it; Mobile doesn't have a default home.
If you need it. Add a custom phone field on the Pipedrive contact called Mobile, then re-run this template to map it.
- Mailing Street, Mailing City, Mailing State, Mailing Zip, Mailing Country
Pipedrive contacts don't store address fields by default. Addresses live on organizations.
If you need it. If you need the address on the contact, add custom address fields in Pipedrive and re-run this template. Otherwise let the organization address handle it.
- Lead Source
Zoho's Lead Source records how each contact came in. Pipedrive doesn't have a contact-level lead-source field; source attribution typically lives on deals or as a custom field.
If you need it. Add Lead Source as a custom single-select field on the Pipedrive contact, then re-run this template. Or create a deal per contact and track source on the deal.
- Tag
Zoho tags export as a comma-separated string. Pipedrive uses Filters and Labels rather than free-form tags.
If you need it. After import, build Pipedrive filters by tag value, or use Pipedrive label colors to mark imported contacts by segment.
- Description
Zoho's free-text Description doesn't have a default Pipedrive contact field.
If you need it. Add a custom multi-line text field on the Pipedrive contact called Imported Description, then re-run this template to map it.
Formatting and cleanup
Zoho CRM exports rarely match the format Pipedrive expects. Fix these before you import.

How do I export contacts from Zoho CRM?
Go to your Contacts or Leads module, select the records you need (or select all), click the three-dot menu, and choose Export to CSV.
Why do you combine First Name and Last Name?
Pipedrive contacts use a single Name field, not separate first/last. The template combines the two Zoho columns with a space so each contact record displays correctly.
How is Company handled?
Company names match against existing Pipedrive organizations. If no match exists, the template creates a new organization and links the contact to it.
What about Zoho tags and lead source?
Neither maps to a default Pipedrive contact field. See 'Columns we don't use' below for how to handle each one.
Will this create duplicate contacts in Pipedrive?
Pipedrive's import dedupes on Name plus one of email, phone, or organization. A migrated Zoho contact matches an existing Pipedrive contact when the name and one of email, phone, or organization align. Name matching is whitespace-sensitive, so review your Pipedrive import settings if you need fuzzier matching.
