How deletion works
After the retention period, uploaded files and job outputs are deleted. You can also delete any file manually at any time from the Jobs page. Deletion is permanent.
Files are not shared with other users or third parties. Each file is associated with your account and only accessible to you.
Security measures
All files are encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256. Processing runs on isolated infrastructure. API keys are hashed before storage. See the Security page on the website for the full details.
Frequently asked questions
Can I extend the retention period?
The retention periods are fixed per plan. Upgrade to a higher plan for longer retention. You can always download your files before they expire.
What happens to my files if I cancel?
You keep your current plan until the paid period ends. During that time, your files follow the retention policy of that plan. Once the period ends and your account reverts to Free, the 24-hour Free retention policy applies to all files going forward.
