What a shared workspace gives you

A shared workspace puts your whole team on the same tools, files, saved mappings, and CRM connections. One person sets up a HubSpot connection or a saved CRM mapping and everyone can use it, and the files you keep are visible to the team instead of stuck on one laptop.

Shared workspaces are on Team and Agency plans. Pro is a single-seat plan.

Inviting teammates

1

Open Team settings

Go to Settings, then Team.

2

Send invites

Enter a teammate's email and send. They get an email invite to join your workspace.

3

Set their role

Choose whether each person is an admin or a member as you invite them, or change it later.

Seats by plan

Each plan includes a set number of seats, and you can add more as you grow. Extra seats are billed per seat.

Roles and what admins control

Members run tools, work with files, and use the workspace's connections. Admins do all of that and manage the workspace itself.

Handing a file to a teammate

Tasks are a light way to hand a file to the right person without leaving Operelio. A task has a title, a due date, an assignee, and the file it is about. Anyone can assign one, and it is deliberately not a full project manager: no status columns to maintain, no guilt badges.

On Team and Agency, a whole-team task view shows every open task across the workspace, so nothing sits waiting on the wrong person. Tasks themselves start on Pro for your own files.

Frequently asked questions

Which plans can invite a team?

Team and Agency. Both are multi-seat and share one workspace. Pro is a single-seat plan, and Free is one person.

How many seats do I get?

Team includes 5 seats and Agency includes 10. You can add more at any time, billed per extra seat.

Can I stop one person from using all our verify credits?

Yes. An admin can set a per-member credit cap, so a member can only spend up to their limit from the shared pool.

Is Tasks a project manager?

No, by design. A task is just a title, due date, assignee, and the file it is about, so handoffs are clear without extra process to maintain.
